Free parking is available onsite for visitors and exhibitors. Please park in the designated event car park which will be signposted.
There will be a cash bar for visitors and exhibitors to use throughout the day located in the Central Exhibition Hall, serving sandwiches, snacks and a variety of hot and cold drinks. Complimentary tea and coffee will also be supplied for Exhibitors.

What is The Creative Expo and why should I attend?
The creative industries in the UK are thriving, contributing over £84 billion to the economy every year, and providing jobs for 1.8 million people (figures from UK Government Department of Culture, Media and Sport report dated January 2016). The Creative Expo is a one-day event which aims to raise the profile of the creative sector, connect with organisations who have a common interest in the sector and draw separate areas together, providing a strength on which to build mutually beneficial relationships.
The Creative Expo offers you the opportunity to promote your business, network with other creative businesses and suppliers to the creative industries, and inspire the next generation of creatives.
In addition to a vibrant central exhibition hall featuring a range of creative businesses exhibiting and promoting their work, you will have the opportunity to attend seminars from industry professionals, watch inspiring performances engage in speed networking, and view the work of established and up and coming artists in the Expo’s Art and Design Gallery.
Do I need to pre-register to attend the Expo?
We recommend that you register to attend the Expo in advance so that you can receive updates and further announcements regarding the Expo, allowing you to best plan your day. It also allows the organisers to estimate how many visitors are planning to attend the Expo. If you are not sure whether you will definitely be attending, we still recommend that you register in advance.

How much does it cost to visit the Expo?
The Creative Expo is FREE for visitors to attend. This includes access to all aspects of the Expo, including the seminars and live performances. Participation in Speed Networking is also free, and requires additional pre-registration – booking will be available for Speed Networking shortly. Is the event just for artists?
No. The Creative Expo is open to everyone with an interest in the Creative Industries, from students looking to build a creative career to established businesses, encompassing all creative disciplines.
Can I turn up on the day if I have not registered?
If you didn't have the opportunity to register you can still attend the Expo. Our events team will register you on-site.
Is there an agenda for the Expo?
There is no set agenda for the Expo – you are free to turn up and leave when you like. We have a programme of live performances and seminar speakers throughout the day which you are welcome to attend. The schedule for these activities will be published and made available on this site nearer the date of the Expo. They will also be noted in your Expo event programme and on event screens on the day.
What time does the Expo open and close?The Expo is open from 10am – 4pm.
How can I exhibit at The Creative Expo?Exhibition space is available to businesses, sole traders, educational establishments, not-for-profit organisations, charities, young and aspiring artists and entrepreneurs. How do I pay for exhibition stand space?
An invoice will be sent out to you upon receipt of a completed Exhibitor Booking Form. Payment details will be noted on the invoice. Please note that your exhibition space will not be formally booked until payment has been received. It will remain as reserved space for a period of 15 days before it is released for someone else to purchase.
